Ingredients:
2 cups warm water at 100 F
2/3 cup white sugar
1 package active dry yeast
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
6 cups bread Flour
Needed:
Large Bowl

2 9x5-inch baking tins
Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water, and then whisk in the active dry yeast. Allow this to sit for 10 minutes or until you see a creamy foam indicating the yeast is active.
Add sunflower oil and 2 cups of flour. Beat with wooden spoon, then add salt and 1 cup more flour, and mix. Continue adding flour 1 cup at a time. Knead the dough until smooth, about 6 minutes.
Place in an oiled bowl and turn dough to coat. Cover and allow to rise for 1 hour, or until double in bulk.
Punch down dough and device in half. Shape into loaves and place into oiled 9x5-inch baking tins. Allow to rise for 30 minutes, or until the dough has risen 1 inch about pans.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, or until bread reaches 190 F.
